my former mentor once mentioned i look Korean X_x (yeah, I’m Asian but i don’t really know if i look like a Korean). but maybe only because there was a recent influx of Korean students and Korean dramas in my country…?
if it was a few years ago, when anime had suddenly boomed in my country, he might have said I’m Japanese
if it was even further back, when there were a lot of Chinese dramas every sunday morning and the Japanese look were still confused with the Chinese look, he might have said I’m Chinese.
(my cousins actually tell me I look like an anime character, no matter which hairstyle i go with >.<. and my father has crooked teeth, which i unfortunately inherited, and when i had remarked on it one of us might have said that we might have had Chinese blood in our veins)
Then I saw this:

I think the girl really looks truly Asian. when I looked at the girl I thought she actually looked… er… a little like me (just make the eyes much smaller and the skin less perfect… hahaha X.x;;;). actually the fact that I’m eyelid-less kind of disturbs me… because I couldn’t properly put on makeup with eyeshadow because my socket just hides my eyelid. hahaha. couldn’t do a proper visual kei impersonation…
and actually I saw this days ago. but then back that time my internet’s busted. but whenever I see this i still squeal in delight (and cringe at the price X_x):
oh, Luts… you’re really going to be the death of me X_x.
